For 20 years, art2art Circulating Exhibitions has offered enriching shows that appeal to art enthusiasts and cultural institutions alike. Focused on photography, the company presents works by renowned masters of the medium, as well as contemporary sensations.
art2art was born out of a series of conversations among curators, collectors and artists, all concerned with the availability of high-quality loan exhibitions for regional museums, university art galleries and other public institutions. The founding director emerita is Hava Gurevich.
Our shows span the entire history of photography. We also feature works on paper. Our continuing search for interesting material leads us to source the shows from a variety of lenders, including artists and their dealers, private collections, estates and foundations, as well as institutions without their own in-house touring facility.
art2art exhibits have traveled across the U.S. to notable institutions, including the Akron Art Museum, the Allentown Art Museum, the Barnes Foundation, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Delaware Art Museum, the Fenimore Art Museum, the Frick Pittsburgh Museum, the Gibbes Museum of Art, the Hunter Museum of American Art, the Longmont Museum, the James A. Michener Art Museum, the Naples Museum of Art, the Portland Museum of Art, the San Jose Museum of Art, the South Bend Museum of Art, the Taft Museum of Art, the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, and the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center at Vassar College.
Our commitment to quality is bolstered by the strong educational component to our shows. We look forward to working with you!
